Mrs. Bender is married to Brad Bender. They have a dog named Rose. She loves to read and to be outdoors, weather hiking, on the lake, etc. She played tennis all through high school and college and still loves to pick up a racket in her spare time.

Mrs. Bender graduated from a WELS grade school and then attended Luther High School where she graduated in 2014. She furthered her academic venture at Martin Luther College and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Education in 2018.

Her first call was to Divine Savior Academy in Sienna Plantation, TX where she taught 3rd & 4th grade for two years. She joined the St. John’s family of teachers as the 5th-6th grade teacher in 2020. She was then called as the Kindergarten teacher in 2023.
